Concept and prototype development – Container housing

• Project management, engineering consultation and quality control of container house prototypes for Tahiti social housing development programme (scope of project: build 5,000 houses in Tahiti/New Caledonia)

• Worked with Singamas factory for 2 years. Singamas is the 2nd biggest container manufacturer in the world, with manufacturing capacity of 1m containers/year)

• Worked on behalf of salvage company Smit and Svitzer, representing their interests onsite on the wreck of the Rena on the Astrolabe Reef in Tauranga, New Zealand

• Observed and documented containers and cargo from the Rena on a daily basis
