In 1989 I started surveying containers for damages to protect owner’s investments in their assets.
Since then I have been fortunate enough to work with containers in a variety ways and roles.

In 2007 I was intrigued with the possibilities that China had to offer. I saw an opportunity to become the face of Chinese factories, sourcing materials, developing products, and then taking them to the world.

In summary, I’ve been involved in several aspects of the container industry:
– Product development and project management
– Container modifications
– Established design and manufacturing business in China for export
– Trading in shipping containers locally and off shore
– Independent consultant to the shipping container industry
– Container condition and safety CSC inspections
– Container inspections on the Rena
